Stamp Crafting Masters offers card making classes in Alamogordo where you can learn, create, and grow alongside other card makers. Your projects are prepared for you, and we’ll work through them together one card at a time.

You don’t have to know exactly what to create before you sit down to make something beautiful.
Whether you’re still learning the basics or simply enjoy having someone else plan the projects for you, you can come ready to create without having to start with a blank piece of paper and figure everything out yourself.
Step-by-Step Card Making
Each Card Class is a two-hour, instructor-led experience featuring prepared card projects. We work through each card together, step by step, before moving on to the next.
Classes typically include three cards, although the number and style of projects may vary. Projects often progress in complexity throughout the class, giving you an opportunity to build your skills and confidence as you create.
Your prepared Card Kit packs contain the materials needed to create the projects as designed, and the stamps, inks, tools, and other featured products used during instruction are available for you to use during class.
Follow Along—or Go Rogue!
The sample card gives us somewhere to begin. It doesn’t tell you where you have to end.
You’re always welcome to create the project exactly as demonstrated, especially while you’re learning. But you’re also encouraged to experiment.
Change the sentiment. Move something. Try another color. Add an embellishment. Turn something sideways. Use an idea you saw on someone else’s card.
We call it “going rogue,” and it’s encouraged!
As we create, we share the changes we’ve made. Seeing how someone else interpreted the same project is often where the next creative idea begins.
Something Different to Discover
The Card Class format remains familiar, but the cards don’t.
Classes may feature new Stampin’ Up! products, coordinating suites and bundles, fun folds, different layouts, tools, techniques, or skills. Occasionally, we may even revisit an older favorite.
You don’t need to know how to use everything before you arrive. That’s why we’re having class.
What Should I Bring?
Stamp Crafting Masters provides the products and prepared materials needed to create each card as designed.
If you have your own standard crafting supplies and favorite adhesives, bring them along. You’re also welcome to bring favorite sentiments, embellishments, cardstock, ink colors, or other supplies if you’d like to personalize your projects.
A selection of Stampin’ Up! paper, adhesives, kits, and other cash-and-carry items is also available for purchase.
Card Classes in Alamogordo, NM
Card Classes are currently offered on the second Monday of each month from 6:00–8:00 PM at Kerry’s Craft Corner in Alamogordo, New Mexico.
Class size is currently limited to 8 participants.
Class Fee: $25
Advance registration and payment are required by the last day of the month preceding the class. Project materials are prepared according to paid registrations, so class payments are nonrefundable.
If you have paid for a class and later discover that you cannot attend, you’ll still receive the materials prepared for you.
