An All-Day Paper Crafting Event
Our All-Day Event is scheduled for Saturday, 13 September 2025, from 9 am to 5 pm. This paper crafting event will feature friendship, fun, and relaxation with ample card and paper crafting projects to give you a head start on the rapidly approaching holidays.
Upon arrival, you’ll know exactly where to settle in for the day – expect to find your personalized table spot adorned with paper-crafted gifts, goodies, and all kinds of awesomeness. Then, throughout the day, you’ll get to complete guided paper crafting projects, create at least 10 different card tutorials (some may even include more than one card), and create a two-page 12″ x 12″ scrapbook layout (or use the additional material to make more cards if you’re not into scrapbooking)!
Fun and Affordable Paper Crafting (With Friends)
The doors are opening on Saturday at 9 AM, and then, we have activities planned for you every hour! We’re hoping you plan to stay the entire day because you’re certainly not going to want to miss anything. Nevertheless, you’re free to come and go as you like; the event is open until 5 PM. We guarantee you will have fun, learn some new paper crafting techniques, meet up with old friends, and likely make some new friends, too.
The $100 price also includes
- A morning snack
- Lunch with dessert
- Plenty of bottled water (with various flavor packets),
- Door prizes
- A few other surprises to indulge in
Grab your spot quickly – our seating is strictly limited to 20.
Registration ($100 / person) is OPEN.
Payments must be received by Sept 1st, 2025
(Because we need time to personalize your swag and plan accordingly!)
In addition to our regularly scheduled activities, we add optional activities to our events. Participating in these activities is completely optional; however, we encourage your participation. Participate in as few or as many as you like. We can tell you this, though; we know from experience that the more you participate in the more fun you will have!
Participate in the Event’s Optional Activities
Trick or Treat – Bring your favorite bite-size candy to treat attendees (those who opt out of bringing candy might just be “required” to share their paper-crafting “trick” with the group)
BOGO (Bring One Get One) Gift Exchange – Bring 1, wrapped, low-cost gift. The cost of the gift should be around $10 or handmade. There is no theme for this game. Once all the gifts are gathered, we will conduct our gift exchange using “White Elephant” rules. When you bring a gift to give, you’ll get a gift in return. Everyone enjoys a nice gift, so please, no “gag” gifts.
Mosaic Sample Swap – Christmas Theme… Decorate 16, 2 1/2-inch square pieces of cardstock using 3 Stampin’ Up! cardstock colors (Pool Party, Lost Lagoon, and Pretty Peacock) as your starting point. Then add accent colors, texture, and embellishments as desired. Just make your 16 squares all look the same. We collect and swap the squares to create a unique handmade piece of themed mosaic wall art for you to keep, commemorating the event.
Christmas Cookie Swap – This is a good ‘ole cookie exchange, or maybe more like a Christmas cookie “potluck”. Just bring a small plate of your favorite cookie to place on the buffet table. You don’t need to bring enough for each participant – a half dozen to a dozen will be more than enough.
