Great News! Stamp Crafting Masters hosts regularly scheduled All-Day Stamp Crafting events. Our all-day events are scheduled every four months (the 2nd Saturday of January, the 3rd Saturday of May, and the 2nd Saturday of September) to align ourselves with Stampin' Up's catalog releases and give you the BEST opportunity to try the latest and greatest new products.
During each event, you can expect personalized paper-crafted gifts and goodies identifying where you may settle in for the day. You'll get to complete a few seasonal crafting projects, plus create between 10 - 20 different card designs (some designs include creating more than one card) using all the latest and greatest products (and perhaps some of our old favorites) from Stampin' Up! - each designed exclusively for you to make and take from this event!
Of course, we'd LOVE for you to show up as the doors open each Saturday morning and to stay for the entire stamp crafting event. We don't want you to miss anything – but you may come and go as needed. We guarantee you'll meet up with old friends and make some new ones. Expect to be spoiled rotten while you're attending.
Cost includes
- make-and-take craft projects
- at least 10 make-and-take cards (some may even include more than one card)
- a morning snack

Stamp Crafting Masters Event Traditions
We've added a few activities to enhance your event participation because we know from experience that the more you prepare for and choose to participate in, the more fun your stamp crafting event will be!
BOGO (Bring One Get One) Gift Exchange – Bring 1, wrapped, low-cost gift. The cost of the gift should be around $15 or handmade. We’ll conduct a gift exchange using “White Elephant” rules. If you bring a gift, you'll get a gift. The gift does not need to be craft-related but should be something any recipient would appreciate.
Square Samples Swap - Decorate 16 identical, 2 1/2-inch squares using pieces of cardstock in the 3 event colors and theme. Stamp, die-cut, and emboss additional layers. Add embellishments and bling as desired. We collect, swap, and redistribute the squares. Then, each participant gets to create a unique 12 x 12-inch handmade themed page to keep and frame as wall art. Check out our swap gallery to view past event swaps.
Appetizer or Treat - Bring your favorite finger food or snack to share with attendees.

Q: What should I bring with me?
A: We provide most of the tools and all of the products required to complete the cards and projects as designed. However, you will need to bring:
- Adhesives (liquid glue, double-sided tapes like tape runner or tear-n-tape, dimensionals, glue dots, etc.).
NOTE: Additional adhesives will be available during the event for $5 in case you run out. - Basic crafting supplies (scissors, pic tools, silicon mats, etc.).
Optional favorites that attendees often bring:
- Stamp cleaning shammy.
- Paper Trimmer
- Advanced crafter favorites (tweezers, watercolor pencils, alcohol markers, other markers or pens, Wink of Stella, extra embellishments, favorite ink colors or sentiment stamps, etc.).
- Whatever personal tools you are comfortable hauling (die cut and embossing machines, stamp positioning tools, extra paper, extra projects in case you finish early, etc.).
- Extra cash (for store purchases, cash and carry items, or prize drawings.
