All-Day Stamp Crafting Events

Great News! Stamp Crafting Masters hosts three regularly scheduled All-Day Stamp Crafting events each year - the 2nd Saturday of January, the 2nd Saturday of April, and the 2nd Saturday of September.

We chose these months to align with Stampin' Up's catalog releases, avoid major holiday weekends, and provide you the BEST opportunity to try the latest and greatest new products.

Fun and Affordable Paper Crafting

The $100 price includes

  • Paper crafting projects.
  • A large variety of make-and-take cards (we had 30 last time)
  • PDF tutorials for each make-and-take
  • Materials to create a two-page 12" x 12" scrapbook layout.
  • Additional materials to make more cards or scrapbook pages once you are home!

Expect:

  • A morning snack
  • Veggie and/or Fruit Tray w/dips
  • A balanced lunch
  • Plenty of bottled water
  • Door prizes
  • A few other surprises

A Minimum Deposit Payment ($50) must be received 2 weeks before each event.
You may pay the balance the day of the event.

  • No refund. We'll happily provide you with the event materials and gifts upon full payment, should you have to cancel.

Stamp Crafting Masters Event Traditions

We've added a few activities to enhance your event participation because we know from experience that the more you prepare for and choose to participate in, the more fun your stamp crafting event will be!

Brown Bag Bonanza - Bring your favorite bite-size candy, snack, small token, or favor to exchange with 12 attendees.

BOGO (Bring One Get One) Gift Exchange – Bring 1, wrapped, low-cost gift.  The cost of the gift should be no more than $15 or handmade. There is no theme for this game. Once all the gifts are gathered, we will conduct our gift exchange using “White Elephant” rules. When you bring a gift to give, you’ll get a gift in return. Everyone enjoys a nice gift, so please, no "gag" gifts.

Square Samples Swap - Decorate 9 identical, 2 1/2-inch squares using pieces of cardstock in the 3 event colors and theme. Stamp, die-cut, and emboss additional layers and colors. Add embellishments and bling as desired. We collect, swap, and redistribute the squares. Then, each participant gets to create a unique 12 x 12-inch handmade themed page to keep and frame as wall art. Check out our swap gallery to view past event swaps.

Appetizer or Treat - Bring your favorite finger food, snack, or dessert to share with attendees. Take-home boxes provided.

Stamp Crafting Events FAQ:
Q: What should I bring with me?

A: We provide most of the tools and all of the products required to complete the cards and projects as designed. However, you will need to bring:

  • Adhesives (liquid glue, double-sided tapes like tape runner or tear-n-tape, dimensionals, glue dots, etc.).
    NOTE: Additional adhesives will be available during the event for $5 in case you run out.
  • Basic crafting supplies (scissors, pic tools, silicon mats, etc.).

Optional favorites that attendees often bring:

  • Additional Sentiment Stamps
  • Stamp cleaning shammy
  • Paper Trimmer
  • Advanced crafter favorites (tweezers, watercolor pencils, alcohol markers, other markers or pens, Wink of Stella, extra embellishments, favorite ink colors or sentiment stamps, etc.).
  • Whatever personal tools you are comfortable hauling (die cut and embossing machines, stamp positioning tools, extra paper, extra projects in case you finish early, etc.).
  • Extra cash (for store purchases, cash and carry items, or prize drawings.
