An All-Day Paper Crafting Event
Our “Holidays” Event is scheduled for Saturday, 21 September 2024 from 9 am until 5 pm. Our focus for this event will be to provide you with ample card and paper crafting gift ideas to prepare for the rapidly changing seasons and approaching holidays.
During the event, you can expect we’ll have personalized paper-crafted gifts and goodies awaiting so you’ll know exactly where to settle in for the day. You’ll get to complete a couple of guided paper crafting projects, create at least 10 different card tutorials (some may even include more than one card), and build 4 themed scrapbook layout pages designed exclusively for you to make and take from this event!
Of course, we’d LOVE for you to show up as the doors open Saturday morning and have you plan to stay the entire day so you don’t miss anything – but you may come and go as needed. We guarantee you’ll meet up with old, and make some new, friends.
The $100 price also includes
- a morning snack
- lunch with dessert
- plenty of bottled water (with various flavor packets),
- door prizes
- a few other surprises to indulge in
Grab your spot quickly – our seating is strictly limited to 20.
Registration ($100 / person) is open CLOSED.

(Because we need time to personalize your swag and plan accordingly!)
Optional Traditional Activities
In the spirit of holiday traditions, we have added a few optional activities for you to consider. You may participate in as few, or as many, optional activities as you like. We know from experience, that the more, the merrier!
Trick or Treat – Bring your favorite bite-size candy to treat attendees (those who opt out of bringing candy might just be “required” to share a paper-crafting “trick” with the group)
BOGO (Bring One Get One) Gift Exchange – Bring 1, wrapped, low-cost gift. The cost of the gift should be around $10 or handmade. The theme of the game will be useful tools or gadgets. We’ll conduct a gift exchange using “White Elephant” rules. If you bring a gift, you’ll get a gift.
Pie Sample Swap – Decorate 1, 2 1/2-inch square piece of cardstock in an autumn or Thanksgiving Theme using Stampin’ Up! Peach Pie, Pecan Pie, Pumpkin Pie, and Granny Apple Green cardstock. We will create a unique handmade piece of themed wall art to award to one random lucky winner – or maybe two depending on participation. If you play, you’ll be in the drawing to win.
Christmas Treat Smorgasbord – This is a good ‘ole cookie exchange or Christmas treat “potluck”. Just bring something small to share. You don’t need to feed everyone, a half dozen to a dozen will be more than enough.
FAQ:
Q: What should I bring with me?
A: We recommend that you bring
